Ms. Thompson

Ms. Thompson is a 6th Degree Black Belt and a Level 4 instructor with over 20 years experience in martial arts. She earned her degree in psychology from The Ohio State University and has a background in marketing & advertising. Taekwondo started as a fun way for Ms. Thompson to workout and socialize with other adults. After becoming a volunteer instructor in her instructor's school, opening a school seemed a natural next step, which brought her to the Hilliard community. With two kids of her own (who are now adults) and her background as a Girl Scout troop leader, Sunday School teacher and class room volunteer, Ms. Thompson brings to every student at Hilliard Taekwondo Academy her passion for helping kids (and teens & adults) build confidence, develop respect and learn to step of to goals and challenges.
