this allows us to schedule the right amount of time to spend with you, AND lets us focus on our current students during their class times.

Our intro special offers 2 great options, choose either:
6 weeks for only $159/person, or
12 weeks for only $279/person
we provide workout pants, a tshirt and a belt.
*Schedule an appointment to visit for your trial class the week of December 4th,
enroll that day after taking your trial class and we'll add extra time and no extra cost.*
*if there are openings still available and if, after trying the class, the student is able to participate safely in our program.
