
Kids often think of SUMMER as lazy days with endless free time that includes no school, no homework, sleeping in, hours at the pool, all the snacks, so much time for video games, and more.

We want to see students in class an average of 2 times a week, and the days you choose are flexible. Compared to the 30 hours a week they spent in school , that's a tiny chunk of their summer weeks.

Teens & Adults
Transformation isn't just for kids. Our teens and adults have their own program, and we make it easy to get started by pairing visitors with our more experienced students. A variety of activities and equipment keep classes from becoming stale and boring. In addition to teaching traditional martial arts, we include battle ropes, medicine balls, hand weights, exercise bands, plyo boxes, agility ladders and more to build strength and endurance. You don't need to "get in shape" first; we love adjusting activities to individual experience and ability.
